The CC doesn't really have modules that is can just be combined freely.
Every reasonable combo is pre-written as its own license. Thus,
CC-BY-SA 2.5 is really
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.5/legalcode .
Everything else is essentially marketing.
