Like I said, the disclaimer is in the *notice* as well as the license.
And as others have reiterated, it makes no sense to accept a disclaimer.
It's a unilateral statement.
P.S. GPLv2 says "The act of running the Program is not restricted" so
acceptance of it isn't required for running either.
