I stand corrected!  Thank you.  That's the problem with writing from
unaided memory, before getting around to checking of original documents.

CPAL thus does indeed join GPL w/Affero, OSL 3.0, ASPL 2.0, and Honest
Public License as licences with SaaS-oriented copyleft clauses.
