APL license - What about the enforced logos?

Unfortunately, this requirement is currently incompatible with the
GPLv2. Formalizing this as a valid option is however part of the draft
GPLv3.

As an experiment, it was also a feature of the Affero GPL:
http://www.affero.org/oagpl.html

But the Affero stab at this likely would have failed OSD#10. In any case
it was never formally submitted to the OSI.
