Yep. Just to be crystal clear, I agree license-discuss is the wrong
forum to
discuss the particulars of GPLv3. The right forums are the extensive
on-line comment sites FSF has set up, and/or the in-person seminars
FSF is organizing in multiple locales. My question is whether
OSI should ever take the initiative (sorry) to certify a license whose
steward might not be motivated to submit it. Presumably, that could
not happen until said license is in final or near-final form.
