For Approval: Open-Realty License

The licensor should define the term. I don't know what condition 2 means. 
How is a licensee going to know what condition 2 means? More to the point, 
OSI may need to know too.

The second section means the same thing that it does in the third
condition of the Sleepycat license I would guess...meaning it's no
more vague than existing approved licenses...I would assume the
copyright holder would determine what reasonable terms means, although
there may be some legal issues with that....
