I agree. I said that myself earlier. The question here is what OSI
should be encouraging.
Don't forget that although denial of OSI certification is the biggest
stick that OSI has, it is not in fact very big at all. How many
people have refused to use software because it was not under an OSI
license? Refusal of OSI certification does nothing to prevent the
software from being developed and released.
