Correct. If you need a model contributor's agreement,
look at the Apache Foundation document
(http://www.apache.org/licenses/icla.txt). It gives a broad
license back which allows the Foundation to relicense contributor code.
It also covers any applicable patents.
You could use an Apache-like contributor's agreement plus the
OSI-approved license of your choice to attain your goals.
