There's no GPL-licensed code in IE or even Windows that anyone is
aware of. There is BSD-licensed code there (the TCP/IP stack), but
the BSD license has no "share alike" clause like the GPL. And since
MS gives credit to the University of California, they comply with
the BSD license.
