Bizarrely enough, I'd be very happy with that. After all even the OVPL
folks do not recommend it for new open-source projects. I totally agree
it should bear a warning label.

I'm not sure the OSI would be passing judgment on the license's quality
though, more on its qualities/principles IYSWIM.
