Bruce Perens rejected from license-proliferation committee.

Irrespective of the merits of Bruce's request, unless the OSI website is 
informative on the selection process for committee membership, the process 
does not appear to have been as open as an open source group should be. 
Perhaps someone involved in the process could correct this by openly 
posting the who, what, and How the committee was formed. In that light, all 
of us may come to understand whether Bruce raises a claim worthy of merit.
