Also, let me add that I've discussed the OVPL with several other 
developers in open- and closed-source projects alike, and all have been 
enthusiastic at the unique opportunities presented by the OVPL.  Truly, 
the license is unlike any other, and I'm just one of many eager 
developers waiting for it to be approved for use.
