compatibility and the OSD

Perhaps I am horribly confused but it seems to me that OSD#2 says
"the *program* ... must allow distribution in source code as well
as compiled form", it does not say the *license* must. I take OSD#2
to be a constraint on the form of the content, which is satisfied
by requiring distribution in un-obfuscated source form rather than
some other form like binary.
