What's to keep someone from making a derivative that passes the test suite,
then distributing it under BSD using clause 2, then taking the BSD-licensed
copy (to which clauses 1-3 no longer apply, since it is BSD licensed and not
under your license any more), modifying it to fail the test suite, and
distributing it?
