Status of the CA-TOSL license application?

Yes. The CA-TOSL is OSD compliant and several minor changes were
requested and reviewed and returned. CA holds the position that the
license is OSD Compliant based on legal review.

Could anyone please clarify the current status of the Computer
Associates
Trusted Open Source License (CA-TOSL)?  I believe the application was
submitted in late May.  Has it been approved?
