I am not the one to decide whether the license will be changed or not. This
is under the authority of the license board. However, I wrote the license for
them and perhaps they will follow my advice.

We are still discussing the issues, don't we? It would be necessary for the
GFSL-license board to know the whole list when they are going to decide
whether they will accept your proposals or not.
