"Malicious Intent" (was Re: RFD: BSD/MIT-like licence with European clause)

I might be in the wrong thread, but somebody was proposing a license
that included a phrase something like "malice intent" (or similar) and
concerned that the entire license might be phrased better.  

The first improvement would be to change "malice intent" (if that was
the phrase) to "malicious intent" which is closer to grammatically
correct.
