Dual license review

Hi.
This is hopefully a simple question (!)
We have some in-house written software which is currently under
a proprietary license, and we would like to release it into the
free software community under GPL.
But we also need to continue to be able to use it and sublicense
it to our customers in our closed-source proprietary products.
Essentially two independent forks from the same original codebase.
If I create a dual license which covers the proprietary terms and
then also include the GPL headers, do I need it to be reviewed
here - or is it automatically OSS compliant?
If there are any volunteers to review it, please contact me off-list.
thanks,
Iain
