Perfectly reasonable arguments too, but having nothing to do with Open Source
as the OSI or this list understands it. You define "open source" as meaning
"everyone is allowed access to the source, but has no right to use it or
make derivative works from it except under your commercial license". That is
not Open Source, and there is no particular reason why you should expect
any of the benefits of the Open Source development methodology from such an
impoverished scheme.
