The "TLF Open Software Licence" is a licence derived from the BSD
licence with the warranty conditions modified to comply with Australian
warranty law. As with the BSD licence it is a license template. To
generate your own license, change the values of OWNER, ORGANISATION and
YEAR from their original values as given here, and substitute your own.
