discuss: Submitting_sosgpl_license

 Here is the SOSGPL (Scripting Open-Source GPL) license joined
for approvement.

 It is available also at:

 http://www.scriptol.net/sosgpl.html

 It is near these licenses:
  GNU GPL 2, Free BSD, Academic, X.net

 But I am not satisfied with them because
- I want specifically the language (currently Scriptol)
  to be specified in the license.
- I want also the web address specified in the license.

  Of course, I can change the text according to your
remarks...
