The Open Source Milestone Application Framework Software License, Version 1.5

After reviewing and the feedback from the discussion list, we would like
to modify our original submission. This new submission is labeled
version 1.5 and is based on the Apache Software License version 1.1.

This license differs from the Apache license only in the necessary name
changes, a word or two in clause 3, and the addition of points 6 and 7.
Please note that clause #6 is in the Apache License 1.0 and that clause
#7 is taken entirely from the Apple Public Source License Ver. 1.2
(clause 7).

Software distributed under our license can be used in conjunction with
software distributed under other open source licenses as long as the
terms of our license are met. 

To our knowledge there are no software licenses that are entirely
incompatible with our proposed license.
