Hey, just because you didn't have to click on it doesn't make it any less of 
an end user license agreement!

I think the title for Borland's license agreement was something like 
"no-nonsense license agreement", as compared to all of the paranoid nonsense 
in most license agreements.  The license permitted you to use the software 
in many ways that were analogous to how you use a book - e.g. just as you 
can read a book in several different rooms but not at the same time, you can 
use Turbo Pascal on different computers but not at the same time.
