discuss: ivtools license

I would appreciate OSI certification of the ivtools license (copy below):

It is a long-standing evolution of the X11/MIT license,  designed  to
be slightly more liberal in granting rights to creators of derivative works.
Any derivative work (which includes derivative C++ classes bootstrapped
by copying the base class implementation) need only retain the
the copyright notice(s) in the source code, and retain a single
copy of the original permission notice (the portion below the list of
dated copyrights) in the derivative product's documentation.

The body of the permission notice has also been generified by using
"copyright holders" instead of specific references to institutions or
 individuals.

As far as I know this license qualifies as non-copylefted freeware,
and can be combined with software of any type of license, commercial,
copyleft, or otherwise.
