A practical example of a click-wrap license

I think I can answer your question without giving you legal advice.  :-)

If you ultimately don't use software licensed under License "X" you are
not bound by the "X" license.  You are only agreeing to the licenses of
the software you actually use, copy, modify or distribute.  At least
that's what I intended.  If anyone thinks that the wording can/should be
changed to make that clearer, please suggest....
