spam on license-discuss

I see that spammers have found license-discuss, sigh. What I am doing
for other mailing lists which works quite well is to set up the list
so that the first post from an unrecognized envelope address is
diverted to my mailbox. Subsequent posts are accepted. The cost of
this algorithm is that new people's submissions are sometimes delayed.
Another cost is that from time to time a spammer sends mail twice from
the same envelope sender. But that only happens once or twice a year.
Any strong opinions one way or another? Replies are set to go only to
me, so if you want to discuss this on the mailing list, you'll have to
adjust the headers.
