Hi there,

we initiated a discussion with the guys from Williams Mullen
Clark and Dubbins in DC. They have written a bazillion software
licenses, but our "commercial OSS" stuff was a challenge for them,
too.

At least they will point you to the right people in the greater
Washington area:
