The defn. of "monopoly" is "exclusive ownership through legal privilege,
*command of supply*, or concerted action."  Emphasis added.

True.  It's legal to be a monopoly; it's legal to engage in sharp
business practices.   It's not legal to be a monopoly *and* engage in
sharp business practices.
