Help needed : TTCN parser/compiler

I am looking for a open source parser/compiler that should  generate C code
for TTCN test cases. If anydody know about this pleat let me know the details
of availability and the link from where I can download.
please let me know about any TTCN editor available as freeware

  machine readable form, to improve the chance that code 
  produced outside the USA would count for the above;

- does typical program source code "describe" its intellectual

On another tack, does use have to be productive, or could
one cover oneself by running a regression test that excercises
all the code in the US?
