Licence which allows trivial conversion to undocumented.

I got the impression that the license intended to explicitely cover
both the software and the documentation. Even with most OSS and FS
software, the documentation comes under different terms. By including
the documentation in the same license as the software, the licensor is
making it clear that one can also modify and redistribute the
documentation at will.
