Bjorn,
Here is a pointer to a press release from SGI that announces the
upcoming open source licensing of the OpenGL trademark and logo, plus
availability of their conformance tests. I haven't been able to find
the license text on their site, but the press release indicates it
should have been released by now. If you can find the actual license
text, it may be a good start for you to use in your situation.

Here are some quotes from their press release:
"SAN JOSE, Calif., LinuxWorld Expo (August
15, 2000)-SGI (NYSE: SGI) today announced
a new licensing program for use by open source
developers and vendors. The new license will
allow use of the OpenGL® logo and trademark
free of charge for OpenGL implementations
that run on open source platforms."
"Availability
The OpenGL Sample Implementation source
code is available for download from SGI's open
source developer Web site at
http://www.oss.sgi.com. The conformance test
code, as well as the logo, trademark and logo
usage guidelines will be available at the same
site on August 31, 2000."
Regards,
Frank
