The word that is "Proprietary"

PP owners may not give out as many permissions as !PP owners, but that
does not make !PP software any more or less proprietary. As long as a
software author can sue me for violating the license, I will consider it
proprietary. It is never a good idea to twist the English language to
fit your political or social goals.
