YAOSL - Yet Another Open Source License v1.02

I am still soliciting feedback on this license. At least send me private
mail saying "I like it", or "I hate it". Some reasoning would be nice
too. 

This version has updated clause 7 since several people suggested that it
was not possible to stop the court from overruling some portion of the
license. So instead I've changed the wording to nullify the license if
the court orders you to disobey it.
