The GPL is a free software license, so if you can use it under the GPL, it
*is* free. Restricting who can use it under the XFree license doesn't
diminish any of the permissions granted under the GPL.
The interesting thing is that this license is *not* an open source
license. (The OSD specifically prohibits discrimination against
individuals or groups.) So the set of open-source licenses is not quite a
superset of the set of free software licenses.
