Would any of you like that software? :-) <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif'>Nobody important in the U.S. government actually disapproves of open source any more. Nevertheless, there remain bureaucratic and funding obstacles in any software project including our electronic elections proposals.
