Meanwhile things like early-voting centers are being delivered here - which also have a whole raft of issues - and no one bats an eye lid - because voters love the convenience and are unaware of the opportunities for election rigging that this facilitates.</div><div><br></div><div>Hanging chads are at least manually produced and visible - digital manipulation can of course be instantaneous and very difficult to resolve.<br></div><div><br></div><div>There are approaches and solutions that can address the needs and solve the challenges. However getting funding and interest is almost impossible - as Brent notes - because of the phalanx of academic naysayers.</div><div><br></div><div>David</div><div><br></div>
