Sure, I'm happy to meet with them. I'm 99% sure it will be GPL. We
have a meeting to confirm this, but I will keep you posted. We
aren't releasing it to make a profit. The only concerns we have is
that a company will take the software, modify it and sale it. <br>

are working with New Hampshire directly. Here's
a press release from last year after they used
it in the mid-term elections. They also used
Prime III in their mid-term primaries last year
as well. <br>

Prime III is the software we developed in my
lab. We will release it this summer as open
