As I mentioned to some on this list-  I recently met with a delegation of
Kenyans regarding sustainability efforts for their new democracy.

Here's a new RFP--   IFES has positioned as the "middle man " for Kenya--
 and we continue to attempt to educate IFES re: open source etc..
