 California Association of Voting Officials for their efforts toward best
security practices for United States voting systems.

 As I have spent my professional life defending against civil rights abuse,
I recognize the issues of disenfranchisement that can occur via insecure
voting systems.  I join CAVO in calling for better software and better
practices.
