Subject: [Proposal] FOMM - FOSS Organizational Models Metrics

A proposal for the group to consider. This is what I was trying to get
at in the Boston Town Hall meeting a couple of months ago.

Providing a framework to better quantify and measure open source
licenses is critical - but that's done. The *way* that people and
companies work together in FOSS projects today is what's important now.
Whether we call it governance or "organizational models" or whatever:
OSI could be the place that provides the basic vocabulary and structure
for the world to use to describe the common FOSS project models today.
Thanks, talk to everyone tomorrow!
